Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using Node.js.5 to 6 years experienceDesign, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.Build secure, scalable, and high-performance server-side applications.Design and optimize SQL database schemas and queries.Integrate third-party APIs and external services.Implement authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.Perform unit testing, code reviews, and maintain code quality.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions. Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with Express.js.Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, async/await, and the Node.js event loop.Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.Experience with ORM/ODM frameworks such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Mongoose.Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub.Knowledge of authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth.Understanding API security, logging, exception handling, and performance optimization.Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha. Preferred SkillsExperience with TypeScript.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.Understanding microservice architecture.Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5–6 years of experience in Node.js backend development. B.E 5 to 6 years experience
