Senior ServiceNow Developer/ Technical Lead

From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters. Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services. Delivers new functionality across applications. Administration, configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules. Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs. Developing integrations. Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions. Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations. Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations. Strong understanding of relational databases Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST. Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management. Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. ITIL Foundation Certification. The ideal candidate is either a local or owner of work permit/visa for Malaysia.
