Description We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires advanced English communication skills to collaborate effectively with international teams. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong hands-on experience in Azure troubleshooting and incident management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and possess outstanding English communication skills to effectively interact with international teams during incident resolution and operational support. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and release processes. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of environments. Lead and support Azure infrastructure troubleshooting, production incident management, and root cause analysis to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to improve build and release workflows. Implement security best practices and compliance standards across cloud environments. Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations. Participate in incident management and root cause analysis when necessary. Requirements Must-Have 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Azure services and architecture. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Azure infrastructure issues and handling production incidents in cloud environments. Strong incident management skills, including issue diagnosis, prioritization, communication, and coordination with technical teams. Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms. Solid scripting skills using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell. Working knowledge of Linux servers and system administration. Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and hands-on experience with Ansible. Experience managing or working with Nexus Repository Manager. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of change management processes and best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate during incident response, troubleshooting sessions, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Nice-to-Have Experience with Rancher or similar container management platforms. Exposure to cloud infrastructure automation and orchestration tools. Experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools. Comfortable reaching out to teammates and stakeholders when encountering challenges instead of remaining blocked. Strong ownership mentality and commitment to delivering results.
