As a Language Resource Planning Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who connect thousands of freelance Language Specialists with exciting global projects. From recruiting talented Translators and Subject Matter Experts to supporting onboarding and Vendor engagement, you'll play an important role in helping our Production teams deliver exceptional results to clients worldwide.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable business, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills while gaining insight into how a global translation and localization company operates.
What you´ll be doing
As part of the Vendor Management team, you will:
Source and identify new freelance specialists, including Translators, Proofreaders, Medical Writers, Regulatory Consultants, Copywriters, and other language professionals
Search for candidates through specialized platforms, post opportunities, review applications, and communicate with potential Vendors
Support the onboarding of new Vendors by reviewing documentation, collecting agreements, and setting up profiles across our internal systems
Assist with vendor certification by scheduling tests, coordinating reviews, maintaining training records, and tracking certification progress
Help negotiate Vendor rates based on services and project requirements
Maintain accurate Vendor records and ensure information remains up to date across our platforms
Create and update reports and dashboards that help the team monitor recruitment and certification activities
Build strong, professional relationships with our global freelance community while supporting day-to-day Vendor engagement
