PayPay Bank is responsible for developing the financial infrastructure that supports the PayPay Group's financial services.
Our team drives the entire process, from core system cloud infrastructure design and construction to operations and standardization, led by our own engineers.
Beyond simply building and maintaining infrastructure, our role encompasses:

• Evolve our infrastructure while maintaining high reliability
• Design cloud architectures for future scalability and high-volume transactions
• Build development organizations and cloud deployment processes themselves

As this is a newly established organization, you will have the opportunity to proactively engage in promoting standardization and building culture.

※ After joining the company, you are expected to be seconded to PayPay Bank as a member of the above project.

Job Responsibilities・具体的な業務内容

Architect and Build Robust, Scalable, and Stable Infrastructure

• Architect cloud infrastructure that achieves high reliability as a financial platform
• Architect and build multi-zone infrastructure with AWS regional level failure tolerance
• Maintain and evolve an infrastructure base where patching and upgrades can be easily implemented without service downtime

Promote Security and Automation

• Provision secure infrastructure in collaboration with Security Engineers
• Promote and standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and other tools

Continuous Improvement of Development Environment and Deployment Processes

• AWS deployment automation to ensure fast and secure delivery of cloud services to developers
• Provide means for developers to easily deploy AWS resources through automation
• Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and failure analysis

Ability to Design the Entire System

Involved in overall infrastructure design including container platforms (EKS/ECS), networks, storage, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Experience/Skills・必要な経験/スキル

• 5+ years of extensive technical hands-on and architecture design experience with infrastructure/platform using AWS
• Broad practical experience with AWS computing, networking, storage, and analytics services
• Experience with Terraform based infrastructure as code (IAC) on AWS
• Experience in production level infrastructure change management and releases for high traffic & business-critical systems
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure and platform systems availability, performance and cost management
• Experience with multi-account operations for large-scale AWS environments
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices in Fintech Industry
• Demonstrated skill in programming and scripting languages, including Python, Shell Scripting, Go, and Rust
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Japanese business proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or N2
  
  
• AWS を利用したインフラストラクチャ・プラットフォームについて、5年以上の技術経験およびアーキテクチャ設計経験
• AWS のコンピューティング、ネットワーク、ストレージ、分析系サービスに関する幅広い実務経験
• Terraform を使用した AWS 上の Infrastructure as Code (IaC) の実務経験
• 高トラフィックかつ業務上重要な本番システムにおける、インフラ変更管理およびリリース経験
• クラウドインフラやプラットフォームの可用性、パフォーマンス、コスト管理の経験
• Python、シェルスクリプト、Go、Rustなどを使用したプログラミングおよびスクリプト作成の経験・スキル
• 日本語での業務遂行が可能な方（母国語、または日本語能力試験 JLPT N1/N2相当）
