You will lead manual testing activities for complex cross-functional initiatives, design and execute functional, integration, API and end-to-end tests, and build sustainable automated test coverage for critical regression and integration scenarios. complex business and integration scenarios</li> <li>Define, track, and interpret testing and defect metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness and identify quality improvement opportunities</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, test execution efficiency, and overall testing process</li> <li>Mentor less experienced QA engineers and contribute to testing standards and QA community practices</li> <li>Manage defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, escalation, and clear communication of quality risks </li> </ul> What You’ll Bring <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in software testing / QA engineering, including hands-on experience with Java-based test automation</li> <li>Strong understanding of manual test design techniques, risk-based testing, release quality assessment, automation strategy and QA methodologies</li> <li>Understanding of Salesforce architecture and customization (Apex, flows, etc.) </li> <li>Experience creating strategic test plans, test designs, test cases, test reports, and release quality assessments. </li> <li>Solid experience with defect management, including severity and priority assessment, defect trend analysis, and risk communication </li> <li>Hands-on experience with API testing, web services, integration validation, automated API checks and test evidence collection </li> <li>Strong practical experience with Java programming for test automation</li> <li>Ability to write SQL/SOQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and test evidence collection </li> <li>Experience defining or applying quality gates, test metrics, and release readiness criteria</li> <li>Ability to mentor less experienced QA engineers and contribute to testing standards and process improvement</li> <li>Experience contributing to or overseeing automated testing approaches for complex scenarios</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly </li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams </li> <li>Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development process </li> <li>Understanding of test
