What you will be doing: Conduct researched, personalized and targeted RFI’s Attend global innovation conferences, be an active networker who enjoys both maintaining and building long term stakeholder relationships. Run initial conversations to qualify opportunities and filter out bad-fit leads. Use AI-assisted development tools to create rapid prototypes and collaborate with the delivery team for technical proof-of-concepts. Own complex working opportunities and bids, including response planning, commercial modelling, demo rehearsals, and presentations. Track every lead, follow-up, and next step in the CRM while being responsible for pipeline health reporting. What our client is looking for: 6 - 9 years of relevant commercial, sales, pre-sales, or business development experience. Experience contributing to competitive RFP/RFI responses alongside strong structured writing skills for proposals and communications. Demonstrated ability to generate outbound opportunities and discuss sales metrics relative to business growth. Hands-on capability with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, v0). Comfort managing industry events, conference floors, and disciplined CRM/pipeline tracking. Advantageous background in capital markets, structured finance, commercial real estate, or financial services technology.
