Combine deep ServiceNow development expertise with full-stack engineering and enterprise integration capabilities. Provide technical leadership within the Scrum team. Design secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Independently handle complex technical development tasks. Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and problem-solving. Key Accountabilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. Implement scalable solutions following ServiceNow best practices. Develop customer-facing functionalities, including: Registration Shopping experience Checkout Payment processing Order management Self-service capabilities Build and maintain integrations with: SAP Payment services Customer master data systems Other enterprise platforms Translate business and technical requirements into maintainable software solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance within the Scrum team. Conduct technical analysis and contribute to solution design. Review code and technical implementations to ensure quality. Identify technical risks, platform limitations, and architectural concerns. Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues. Ensure engineering quality across configuration, customization, integration, and deployment activities. Drive automation, CI/CD practices, and engineering standards. Provide Level-3 production support and defect resolution.
