Designing and modifying optimization and measurement commands, for Hard Disk Drive product, related to product read/ write operation. Designing and modifying test methods, running validation and reviewing parametric data, to assure firmware code quality. Troubleshoot failures/ problems occur during continuous integration tests or product integration tests This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum. REQUIRED: Current student pursuing Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or related field. PREFERRED: Interested in data analysis SKILLS Experience in C/C++/Python programming or scripting. Strong logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
