Roles & Responsibilities: Build and maintain the core AI, cloud, platform, and infrastructure capabilities. These foundations enable the various portfolios to scale effectively. Key Responsibilities: Drive Portfolio Enablement by ensuring adoption of AI, cloud, platform, and infrastructure capabilities across portfolios. Build Software-Centric Engineering Capability by ensuring capability readiness and driving solution adoption across teams. Ensure Delivery Excellence by maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent quality performance. Improve Engineering Productivity through reuse, automation, and measurable productivity gains. Establish Strategic Differentiation by building thought leadership and strengthening market relevance. 18+ years of proven experience in building cloud, platform, infrastructure, or DevOps organizations. Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and platform ecosystems. Track record in capability and platform development with ability to drive standardization and reuse. Strong technology leadership capabilities and delivering business outcomes.
