In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional support to our users and contribute to maintaining and enhancing our Knowledge Base. Key Responsibilities: Support Tickets : Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and professional assistance. Proactive Support : Take initiative in addressing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Knowledge Base Maintenance : Update existing articles to reflect changes and ensure accuracy. Create new articles for feature releases to help users maximize the tool's potential. Monitor Trends : Analyze ticket patterns to identify common issues and suggest improvements. Hotjar Insights : Assist in using Hotjar to analyze user behavior and improve the customer journey. Video Content : Collaborate with team members to create engaging tutorial videos for the Knowledge Base.
