Staff Engineer(AI Developer)

Must have Skills : Python (Strong), CoPilot Studio Good To Have Skills : Azure DevOps suite (Capable) Job Description : We are seeking an AI Developer to lead development work for Copilot Studio and future AI tools (e.g., Claude, other LLM platforms) across the AP region. You will build, integrate, and extend AI capabilities using modern development practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Copilot Studio Development - Develop, customize, and extend Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise use cases. - Build conversational AI flows, plugins, and integrations with backend systems. - Optimize performance, user experience, and reliability of Copilot-based applications. 2. Multi-Platform AI Development - Design and implement solutions for future AI tools including but not limited to Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM platforms. - Create abstraction layers to enable seamless switching between AI providers. - Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability. 3. Application & API Development - Develop applications and APIs that integrate with AI services. - Apply DevOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. - Collaborate with product and key stakeholder teams to deliver new AI capabilities. 4. CI/CD & Code Quality - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications. - Write clean, testable, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions. Requirements Experience: 3+ years in software development, with proven experience in Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms Multi-Platform AI: Experience or strong willingness to work with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM tools Programming: Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript; experience with API development. DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Nice to Have - Familiarity with LangChain or similar agent frameworks.
