What we're doing: building self-improving loops and agentic products.
Agentic products you'll work on: SDR agent (sales navigator agent, emailing outreach agent).
Self-improving loops you'll build: coding, support, SEO & content, analytics, and company-wide systems (memory, tooling).
You will work directly with me (co-founder & CEO).
Requirements: strong Python engineering, power user of agentic coding.
Bonus points: AWS, agentic plumbing & observability.
What's guaranteed: intense execution pace & exponential learning curve. Zero bullshit environment, we focus mostly on results and KPIs.
