Job description
Lead Quality Engineer
Design and execute automation test cases for AEM-based websites and digital experiences. Validate structured data (JSON-LD), metadata, sitemap configurations, and AI-search readiness features. Develop and maintain automated regression and functional test suites. Perform API, UI, and integration testing. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Track defects, support UAT, and ensure production readiness for global releases. 4+ years of experience in automation testing. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools. Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured. Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python. Exposure to CI/CD tools, test reporting, and defect management. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience testing AEM-based applications or CMS platforms. Knowledge of SEO validation, structured data testing, and website crawlability checks. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Understanding of accessibility and web performance testing.
