Job Description : 

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in AI-assisted software development using AWS Kiro, modern Java technologies, cloud-native architectures, and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate will leverage Kiro's spec-driven development capabilities to accelerate solution design, coding, testing, and documentation while ensuring enterprise-grade quality and governance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable applications using ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs and MongoDB.
• Utilize Kiro AI for:
  • Requirements/specification generation
  • Architecture and design documentation
  • Automated code development
  • Test case generation
  • Code quality and review automation
• Create and maintain Kiro specifications, steering files, and agent hooks.
• Build cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and Business Analysts.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevSecOps practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Use AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and delivery timelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices expertise.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS Kiro AI IDE or comparable AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of Spec-Driven Development.
• Experience creating AI-generated design artifacts and technical specifications.
• Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
