The Division:
Jonas Software is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions in 17 vertical industries. The Position:
We are looking for aSenior Software Developerwith strong experience in Blazor and .NET Core to join our team. This role will focus on building and enhancing modern web applications.The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabadresource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, build, andmaintainweb applications using Blazor and .NET Core, including supporting andmaintaininglegacy AngularJS applications
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning
Troubleshoot, debug, andoptimizeapplication performance
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers as the team grows
Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, ora relatedfield.
6+ years of professional software development experience
Strongproficiencywith Blazor (Server orWebAssembly)
Solid experience with .NET Core and C#
Ability tomaintainand enhancelegacy AngularJS applications
Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of modern web application architecture
Experiencewith relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience with Git and standard CI/CD workflows
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong communicationand problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
Prior experience in a lead or mentorship capacity
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
