👋🏼We're Nagarro. We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18500+ experts across 40 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We're looking for great new colleagues. That's where you come in. REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 8+ Strong hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty. Working knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is preferred. Extensive experience designing and developing Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), with working knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce. Strong proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling. Hands-on experience in Salesforce declarative development, including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and platform security. Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Salesforce APIs, and external enterprise applications. Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, object relationships, and overall ecosystem capabilities. Experience customizing Salesforce using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Design principles. Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices. Experience supporting production environments, including operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is a strong advantage. Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Salesforce DX (SFDX) is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, and modern Salesforce ecosystem capabilities is a plus. Experience with jQuery for advanced front-end customizations is desirable. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to understand business processes, evaluate user impact, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions. Immediate joiners are preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable Salesforce code following platform best practices. Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. Build and manage scalable workflows, Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, and other declarative configurations. Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and Salesforce APIs. Develop optimized Apex solutions with a strong focus on bulkification, governor limits, and performance optimization. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Assess the functional and technical impact of proposed changes before implementation to ensure a seamless user experience. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best-fit technical approaches aligned with business objectives. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and governance. Provide production support, resolve defects, and implement enhancements to existing Salesforce applications. Mentor junior Salesforce developers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Continuously evaluate new Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
