You have a deep curiosity to learn customers’ unique cultures and processes in order to tailor the best possible solution for their needs.We are looking for someone who has - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science) from a top-tier university - 2-4 years of practical experience in enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or similar complex enterprise solutions. - Deep interest in applying generative AI to the world of business is a must; prior experience with an AI-first solution is a plus - Experience leading software implementations or directly managing workstreams such as design, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex implementations on time and within scope. - Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with business process owners and technical stakeholders. - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization - Excellent presentation skills, in particular through product demos. - Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context is a significant plus. - Some understanding of core supply chain processes, for example including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution is a plus. - Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer meetings.
