Senior IT Engineer, MDM Tech (f/m/x)

The role

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join the Mobile Device Management (MDM) Tribe at HelloFresh. As a senior individual contributor, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and evolving our endpoint management environment across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.

You will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro combined with a strong understanding of endpoint security, identity, automation, and modern device management practices. You will help shape our MDM strategy, drive technical improvements, and ensure a secure, scalable, and exceptional user experience.This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with a strong focus on technical ownership, architecture, automation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable MDM solutions across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, balancing security, compliance, and user experience.
• Define and maintain MDM standards, policies, configuration profiles, application management, and compliance controls aligned with HelloFresh security and business requirements.
• Leverage PowerShell, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API to automate device management, compliance, reporting, remediation, and enforcement workflows.
• Build meaningful reporting and analytics to monitor device health, compliance, application status, security posture, and fleet trends.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement, and drive structured solutions from problem definition through implementation.
• Mentor and coach team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to cross-training and continuous improvement across the MDM Tribe.

What you’ll bring

• Strong enterprise MDM experience with deep hands-on and architectural expertise in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro/Jamf Connect across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Good understanding of endpoint architecture and the broader technology ecosystem, including Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, EDR, Zscaler, and privilege management.
• Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting and the ability to automate endpoint management, remediation, and operational processes using Microsoft Graph API.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security principles, including encryption, compliance, device security, identity-driven access, and security controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to audiences ranging from engineers to Directors and Senior Directors.
• A collaborative and egoless mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the technical growth of the wider team.
