Full-Stack Web Application Developer

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria. ~~~ The Fullstack Web Application Developer is responsible for building, developing, and integrating web software applications and design architectures to support the total requirements and provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Interact with the Product Delivery and Teach Lead to plan project schedules and technical direction. The role will be completely hands-on, writing well-formatted code and demonstrating expertise in usability, and standards, working with preferred development methodologies, and with at least three years of experience in software development. KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features - Coordinate and work with other developers, business and system analysts, and UX designers who are involved with the software - Independently solves various problems and rectifies complicated issues through the application of design patterns - Work on bug fixing and improving application performance - Performs regular reviews - Research, design, implement, and manage software programs, and test and evaluate new programs - Create diagrams and models that will show other programmers the code needed for an application - Be able to communicate development progress to senior management QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - At least three years of professional experience with the following: NodeJS - Professional experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript - Other scripting programming languages, like Python, will be considered a plus - Habit of writing Unit Tests (with experience in Jest) - Experience in React - Expertise in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL(MongoDB) databases - Experience with building/consuming Rest APIs - Experience with Git source control systems - Experience with AWS (especially Lambda, SNS, SQS, CLI) is a plus - Knowledge of Design Patterns - Knowledge of OOP principles and Functional Programing - Knowledge of front-end and back-end architectures and application design principles - Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools - Understand Web optimization practices like code-splitting, lazy loading, chunking, etc - Understanding of async operations and experience working on handling real-time async data - Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills - Technical development team lead skills - English High level of communication skills (read, write, speak) ENJOY THEIR SIGNATURE REMOTE WORK PACKAGE: - Freedom to choose when and where to work from 365 days in the year - Professional development program - We cover training, certifications, workshops, or conferences to improve your personal development for up to 5000 per year - Company retreats plus monthly team meetups (expenses covered) for team-building - Additional Health Insurance - Workstation and a 500 budget to set up your home office - Monthly reimbursement for a gym membership, or other sports, promoting a healthy lifestyle - 24/7 access to our offices equipped with recreation and event facilities - Opportunity to grow your entrepreneurship skills and access to our business network - Professional coaching by ICF-certified specialists - Mental health support ~~~~~~~~~~ If this position is of interest to you and you meet the requirements, please send your updated CV.
